Description
Fairies are very proud of their inalienable right to be impetuous and fickle. They can change their mind on a whim, and then perhaps change it back just as quickly. When humans interact with fairies, this can produce quite a lot of confusion and even some annoyance. To a fairy, this is just the way it is.
